最近はなんだかんだと・・・。あっちに呼ばれ、こっちに呼ばれ。ありがたいことです。
I couldn't update for a few days.
I had busy days recently... I got called here and there. It is appreciated.

先日は毎年いただくＭｏｔｏＧＰのお仕事。４月に開催を予定していましたが、震災の影響で１０月に延期。開催が危ぶまれたものの、多くの関係者の熱意ど尽力で開催につながりました。
The other day, I got work with Moto GP (Road Racing World Championship Grand Prix). It had been planned for last April but postponed to October because of the earthquake. It was feared to hold the race in Japan but finally was led to convening by ambitions and effort of many participants.

会場のあちらこちらにには、’がんばろう日本’の応援は旗がみられ、ドルナ社からは多額の義援金が贈られ、茂木が世界からのライダーやゲストを迎えられるという証につながり、感慨深いレースとなりました。
There were many flags showing "Gambaro Nippon"(meaning encouragement for Japan), sending substantial amounts of donations from Dorna, although it becomes proof that Motegi is able to invite riders and guests from around the world. The race makes me deeply concerned this time with emotion.

今年は、ＭｏｔｏＧＰを運営しているドルナ社（スペイン）との通訳の仕事。スペイン訛りに怯みましたが（私の能力がﾀﾘﾅｲ？笑）、ドルナ社の方、皆さん陽気で親切なジェントルマン、楽しくお仕事させていただきました。出会いに感謝。　
This year, I worked for Dorna company as an interpreter. I was slightly troubled by the Spanish accent at first but I enjoyed working with people from Dorna. Warm, cheery gentlemen! I'm grateful for meeting them. Thank you.

先日はツインリンク茂木で開催された　DE耐レースへ。昨年のポストへは→ココ
もちろんお友達のシノヤンの応援です。昨年はエンジントラブルの為リタイアだったので、今年は良い結果が観たいです。
The other day, I went to a motorcycle race called 'DE耐(tai) Endurance' at Twin Ring Motegi. Last year's post →here. Of course I went to cheer for my friend Shinoyan. I wanted to see a good race this year since he had not raced last year because of engine trouble.

私がレース場に着いた時は、どしゃぶりの雨の為一時レース中断していました。
その後天気が回復し、レース再開。その時は１６位スタート。
When I arrived there, the race was delayed due to heavy rain. Then the weather cleared again and they started the race. At that time, his team was 16th.

その時、ピットの中ではシノヤンの愛娘ナナ助が、真剣に・・・・・・
ポテトチップスを頬張っております。口のまわりも、手も海苔塩でいっぱいです。ああ愛しやナナスケ。
At same time in the pit, Shinoyan's lovely daughter Nanasuke was serous about........
Eating potato chips and put them in to her mouth as much as she can. Seasoning salt and oil stick on around her mouth and hands! haha. How cute she is!

ナナ助がピットで真剣になっている間、父シノ助はコースで真剣に走り続けています。
順位板を見ると１０位。どんどん押し上げます。さすがです。その後どうしても別の予定があったため、気になりながらもレース場を後にすることに。。
While Nanasuke is being serious about potato chips, her father Shinosuke was racing on the course seriously. When I looked at the rank table, he was 10th. He's boosting the number!! I know he is. Then I had to go, so I left there with strong reluctance.

そして気になる結果は・・・・ドコドコドコドコ　バーーーーン！！　８９台中　３位！
すばらしいですね～～～。　おめでとう！！！　来年も楽しみにしていますよ！☆
The final result is !!!! Ta-daaaaaah!!!
He and his team got 3rd! Out of 89 teams. It is great! I am looking forward to see next year! 　　

番外編：シノヤン奥さまユッキーちゃんの菜園。山盛り夏野菜をいただいてまいりました。うれしい～～。
ユッキちゃんより教えてもらったミニトマトレシピ。めんつゆを作ったら（もちろん購入したものでOK)皮を湯むきしたミニトマトを漬けて、ごま油を加えて冷蔵庫で冷やすだけ。こちらに私は冷蔵庫にあったバジルの葉と青唐辛子も加えてみました。すっごーーーい、美味しい！！試してみて～！　
Postscript： I got a lot of vegetables from Shinoyan's wife Yukki's garden farm. Thank you!! Although I got a grape tomato recipe from Yukki. Remove grape tomato skins by dipping in hot water for second. Then pickled in soba-tsuyu (soba-sauce) and little bit of sesame-oil then leave in refrigerator. I added some basil leaves and Japanese green peppers since I had them.
Veeeery yummy!!! Why don't you try to make it!

昨日は友達のアツちゃんがシェイ・ケイコにてスクラップブッキングのクラスを催しました。　ほとんどの参加の方は始めての方なので　”どんな～～？”　みたいな。。
Yesterday I participated in a scrapbooking class at Chez Keiko taught by my friend Atsuko. Most participants are trying for the first time, so they seem just curious at first...

でも、写真を見せ合ったり、手先を動かしたり、おしゃべりしながらも真剣です。
ママのケイコも楽しそう！！　私のママはずっとワーキングマザーですので忙しさもあり、写真整理は苦手。　私の子供の頃の写真もアルバムに貼っているものと貼っていないものと。。この機会にいろいろ作ってほしいものです（笑）
They show pictures to each other, hands are working while having a chat but also doing seriously. My mum also seems to be having fun! My mum, she is a working mother most of her life and busy so I think she is not god at organizing pictures. Sometimes my childhood pictures are found in albums but most are not. So hopefully she might have a chance to make some albums this time.

先生のアツちゃんと、アシスタントのヨウ子ちゃんが丁寧に教えてくれるので、短時間でとーーーってもステキな物が仕上がりました。　終わった後はケーキ＆ティータイム。　
Every one made very nice work even in the short time since the teacher Atsuko and her assistant Yoko take care of them well.

ちなみにＭｅのは・・今回はアルバムの１ページ。私のオフロードバイク走行会の思い出です。
作りながら沢山思い出しました。楽しかったぁ。写真が沢山あるので、これから数ページ増やしていくつもり。ＨＧＥＤの分も作らなきゃ。。。　Ｅｎｊｏｙ　ｌｉｆｅ！コメントも書いていくので思いが残せます。こんな写真載せても、私のライディングの下手さに皆さん驚かれるでしょうが・・（笑）でも、泥んこになって転ぶのも、悔しいけど楽しいんです！
This time I made one page of my album. My off-road bike event memories. It reminds me of many fun memories. I have a lot of pictures of it so will make some more pages. Oh, yah, I have to make memories of HGED, too. Enjoy life!! We put comments on the pages so it leaves with many pleasant memories. You might be surprised how I am not good at riding even showing this picture, but I like it and it was fun to get muddy! Haha!参加の皆さんからも好評でしたので、これからシェイ・ケイコにて定期的に続けていくことになりました。思い出を残したい方のご参加をお待ちしていますね☆

今日は今までお世話になった職場、とうとう最終日。
Today was a my last day at work finally....

いちにちじゅ～～～～う。　思い出が頭のかなかを駆け巡り・・・。
Aaaaaaall day, many memories went through my head.



多くの経験をさせてもらいました。
Many experiences there were provided for me.

沢山の男性チームの中で働き（女性扱いされていたかどうかは別ﾃﾞ・・・）
I was a lady among so many male workers. (I don't know that they treated me as a lady? haha)

ここで働かなければ
If I worked there or not....

バイクの免許もとることもなかったでしょう、
I would never have gotten a motorcycle license.

バイクのスパークプラグ交換したり、
エンジンのガスケット交換したり、
電磁両立性の試験することもなかったでしょう。
I would never have done replacement for motorcycle's spark plug.
I would never have done replacement for motorcycle's engine gasket.
I would never have done EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) tests for motorcycles, etc.

翻訳の仕事に悩むこともなかったでしょう。
I would never have experienced difficulties with translation.

そして何より、素敵な沢山の出会いも・・。
And on top of that, I met so many nice people.

最終日、人とお礼の握手する度に、涙こらえてました。
This last day, I was trying not to cry when I shook hands to say thanks every time.

やっぱり最後泣いちゃいました。
Finally, I cried.... with thanks to them.

もう少しで、今の職場を離れる私に、友人達が激励会を開いてくれました。
グループの関係や日程もあり、今回の友人は２輪車関係や熊本の友人やプライベートで遊ぶ方達。
I will leave my working place by the end of this month, so my friends had a pep rally party for me for my future. These friends are from motorcycle working team (my previous working team), friends from Kumamoto, and others are BBQ friends from the office

行く前に車の中でいろいろ思い出し。。
Before I go, I was driving my car and remembering many good memories with them.

この皆の笑顔、私の宝物なんです。
These smiling faces are one of my treasures.
For a little more time, I will enjoy the office life with them.

Moto GP 世界選手権ｼﾘｰｽﾞ第14戦が終了しました。
今回もハラハラドキドキ！大盛り上がりでしたね～。
Moto GP(motorcycle racing world championship)@ Motegi Japan has finished.It was full of nervous excitement and we had so much fun this year, too.


お友達のシノスケさんも観戦に来ていたようです。

It seems my friend Shinoyan also came and enjoyed the race.

そうそう、今回はステキなマダムにお会いしたのでお願いして写真を撮らせてもらいました。

サングラスに着物で観戦していたマダムは、なななんと！帯がニッキー・へイデンNo'６９(ﾁｰﾑ　ﾃﾞｭｶﾃｨﾏﾙﾎﾞﾛ）応援仕様でした。ご自分で作ったそうです。着物もチームカラーの赤！

Oh yeah, I met a neat lady so I took her photo. She was wearing kimono with sunglasses and, well, she was wearing '69 Nicky HAYDEN (Ducati Team)' model kimono belt!! She said that she made it herself. Also kimono was red color for the team image color.

こんな応援ゲストが見られるのは日本独特ですよね！！格好良い日本のマダムを誇りに思います。
観戦を思いっきり楽しもう！！という気持ちが、とってもステキに感じました！
Isn't it great?! It's because of round 14 at Japan race!!! We can see such a cool Japanese guest. I'm proud of such a funky neat Japanese madam. The main thing is to feel with "enjoy oneself as much as possible, to try to have fun and a good time ' is important, I think.

３日間無事お仕事を完了できたのも、周囲の皆さんのおかげです。ありがとうございました☆

I want to thank everyone who worked with and helped me. We did a good job these 3 days.

早朝のドライブも楽しんでいましたよ。眠かったけど。。
Also every early in the morning, I enjoyed driving, too.

さあて・・始まりました。

今日から３日間のMoto GP 世界選手権グランプリ第１４戦@茂木のお仕事。

とりあえず今日はサービスショットをお送りします。エンジェルです。

先日は実家で会社の人達を招いてＢＢＱでした。
On the weekend, I had a BBQ party with co-workers at my parents' house.

会社といってもほとんど２輪関係で遊ぶ方達です。もう今年で５回目になりました。
だんだん子供達の参加も増え、ＢＢＱの内容も、子供達が参加して作れるものに工夫です。　パン生地を作っておけば、ソーセージに巻いたり、バリエーションも楽しめます。
We hang out at motorcycle events a lot. This is the 5th time to have this party. The number of kids has increased every year so I try to prepare BBQ cooking in which kids can participate. For example I make dough which they can roll around sausages and there are many variations they can enjoy.

今年はスモーク（燻製）に挑戦。しかも、スモーカーは、ダンボール箱と１００円ショップで買ったきた網とＳ字フックで数百円！
ダンボールに網を挟む切込みと空気口を作って、１０分で完成。（これで私の担当料理は完了しました:笑　簡単ｶﾝﾀﾝ）
ざらめを混ぜたチップをセットしてできあがり。
もちろん、香ばし～～く、美味しくできあがりました。
This year, I tried making smoked food (Salmon, cheese, eggs, and fish). And, I made a smoker myself with cardboard. Also I got a grill and s-hook at the 100yen shop, so I just spent a little bit of money to make a smoker! Make a cut in the cardboard for slipping the grill in and an air hatch. It is only takes 10 minutes! That is all I was in charge for when it came to cooking!
Set wood chips inside which is mixed with coarse sugar. Of course it was spicy and delicious!!

そして今回のＢＢＱパーティーは、来月から熊本に転勤のイズミＨさんの、送別も兼ねていました。私よりも人生の大先輩なのですが、’お友達’と言わせてもらっていて、私の毒舌にも耐えてくれています（笑）。皆が大好きなイズミさんです。
仕事では、チンプンカンプンな私に一生懸命エンジンの構造を教えてくれましたね。仕事以外では一緒に島に釣りにいったり、エンデューロの応援しに行ったり。思い出はつきません。今回はメンバーのワッセ君が焼いてきてくれたチーズケーキと、皆の合唱を贈りました。
やっぱり私、泣いちゃいました。


And the party doubles as a send-off party for Mr.Isumi H, who is going to transfer to the Kumamoto (south Japan) office. He is a good friend and he is not fussy despite my sharp tongue. Haha. So we like him a lot.
In the office, many times he tried to explain or teach me about engine structures even if it is too complicated for me. But we went to an island for fishing together, went to cheer for motorcycle enduro race...etc. So many memories.
This time, we presented him a cake which is made by other members (Wasse) and group singing.
Yah, I cried... I knew I would.

翌朝は近くの川に。みんな川ガキに変身です。松っちゃんは飛び込みに夢中・・・。
Next morning, we went to the river nearby the house. Everyone becomes a river kid. Matsu-chan was glued to diving into the river...








そしてしめくくりは、オススメの蕎麦屋にご案内。鹿沼市石裂山の神水蕎麦　うえ田さん。趣のある、神社境内の建物です。街中とは格段の温度差。涼風の中でいただく、美味しい水で打った蕎麦は格別です。　是非是非尋ねてみてくださいね。　


For the finale, I took them to my favorite 'soba' restaurant nearby. It is called 'Ueda'. There is a pleasant old house near a shrine. The temperature is much cooler than in town. Soba made with delicious clear water in a refreshing breeze tasted wonderful. I recommend that place to you!!

そんなこんなで、今年も恒例夏イベントでした。
Haaa I passed one of the my annual summer events.

やっちまいました。。
自分のミスで転倒。靭帯の一部を損傷してしまったようです。
なので少なくとも１週間～２週間は安静に。　
周囲の皆さんには、大変ご迷惑をかけてしまい、申し訳なく思っています。
しかも、週末のシェアクラスも出来なくなってしまい、準備をしてきたことを考えると、とても悔しいというか、残念です。
クラスの半分を説明でできるかな・・とも考えたのですが、ちとせ先生より「万全な状態でした方がいい」とのアドバイスもいただき、キャンセルをすることに。
ＳＨＩＮＢＩや、ご予約いただいていた皆様、ご迷惑をおかけして、本当に申し訳ありません。
The fat is in the fire... I fell off by mistake and got ligaments insertion injury, so I have to stay quiet for 1 or 2 weeks. I feel sorry about causing all kinds of trouble for my friends. Especially, for share class, which has been canceled. I was preparing and studying for the class so I feel frustrated and ashamed. My teacher Chitose advised me that I should have the class when my condition is perfect, rather than trying while injured. I feel I've given SHINBI and people who already reserved the class a hard time.

なぜこんな時に！！・・・と思ったのですが、これはなにか意味のあること。
もっとクラスの内容をつめる時間にしようと思います。
そして初めての松葉杖生活。　いろいろ勉強になりました。
病院の先生にはケガ以外の質問までする始末で、不思議がられました。
Why now?!?! I asked my self. It should have some meaning. I could have time so that I can think about making the class more specifically.

And, this is my first time for using crutches. I learned a lot.
I could ask to the doctor about intriguing questions about the body other than about my injury when I went to the hospital.

また、松葉杖を使っている方、足の不自由な方の気持ちも・・。
用事があって、宇都宮の東武デパートに行ったのですが、一度私の目の前を通り過ぎた店員の方が、戻ってきてドアを開けて待っていてくれた時は驚いたのと同時にありがたかったです。
またエレベーターでは、他のお客様がドアを押さえてくれたり、モタモタする私に店員さんが親切に声を掛けてくれたり。　こういったところでＣＳ（顧客満足度）にも影響してくるんだろうな・・とふと思いました。後ほど気づきましたが、さすが企業理念が「親切一番店」だそうです。
私も、もう少しこういった不自由な方達に目を向けることを考えなおされました。
And, I learned about how people feel who have to use crutches or have physical imperfections. When I went to a department store, one of the shop assistants passed by in front of me but then he came back and held the door for me. I was impressed. At the elevator, a customer was holding the door for me. A shop lady asked me nicely what she can help while I was dillydallying. I thought that such things will be influenced for customer satisfaction. I found later that as may be expected thier corporate philosophy is ' No1 hospitality shop'. And also that makes me cast new light on caring for people who have physical imperfections.

我が家でも彼が頑張ってくれているようです。いつもは私に命令したり、威張ったりはしない人ですが、さすがに今回は大人しくしているように「命令」されました。
できるだけ従っていはいるものの・・・。まっ、１週間の我慢ですね！（笑）。
そんな時、彼自身で夕食を作ってくれました。初公開！彼お得意のインスタントラーメンです。
しかもこのインスタントラーメン、健康食品ショップで売っているベジタリアン用なんです。もちろん動物性食品は使用しておらず、ノンフライのかんすい麺を使用しています。味は数種類あって、美味しいんですよ。なので常備しておいています。
冷蔵庫の野菜を使うように私も「命令」したので、今回は茄子とエリンギ炒めをのせたようです。

本人満足げにたいらげておりました☆
In the house, another person seems trying his best. My husband, usually, he never adjures me. But this time, he orders me to lay low for a couple of days. 'hhhhmmmmmm, OK, maybe for 1 week.'
One time, he made a dinner himself. This is his favorite instant noodle. This time public debut here!!
In addition, we get this vegetarian instant noodle in health food store. No animal products, no deep frying and uses lye water. They have several flavors and all of them are good so we always keep some in our pantry. I order him to use vegetables in the refrigerator so he put fried eggplants and mushrooms.
He eats all with a satisfied look on his face.

そんなこんなで多くの方に迷惑をかけてしまった今回、反省と人の温かさを多く感じる今日この頃です。
All told that I made trouble to many people and I am thinking it over and feeling people's heart warmth today.
