Yogaの後は、ビルの屋上テラスにある健康食レストランでブランチ。暖かい陽射しの下、街中を見渡せる、爽やかな雰囲気の場所でした。ベジタリアン用なのか、味付け豆腐のラップサンドは野菜たっぷり。こんな大きなラップサンドは初めて。。 上海に来て嬉しいのは、食事が美味しくて安い！！ このサラダとスープとサンドは２〜３人前あっても2000円かかりません。モチロン、ブライアンという、強い見方がいるからかな。連れて行ってくれる、どの場所も安全？(笑)、とっても美味しくてスタイリッシュ！なんといっても値段に驚かされます。日本のカフェでケーキを食べる値段で、美味しいディナーが楽しめます。
After yoga,we went to have lunch at the restaurant on a roof-terrace of a building at the center of the city. It was nice under the sun and view. I had tofu and the biggest salad wrap sandwich I've ever seen.
What surprised me in Shanghai is foods are delicious and cheap！Of course because Bryan has good choices, too. They are safe？,delicious, stylish and good price restaurants where he took us. All places I enjoyed to eat.
