先日、因島より柑橘類がた～～～～～～～～～くさん届きました。
ありがたいですね☆
頂いたのはレモンと橙（だいだい）。
橙は始めて聞く方も多いと思います。（関東では、みかけないかも。私も初めて！）
見た目は一瞬オレンジ？！みたいなのですが、レモン同様酸味が強いのでそのまま・・というよりは、レモンや柚子のような使い方で。
でも柑橘類が大好きな我が家、料理やドレッシングに、果汁を搾って水やアルコールと割ったり、無農薬なので皮を干してお茶や料理にも、はちみつ漬けにもしていますよ。
あっそれとね、ヘタの部分がね、お花がついてるようでかわいいの☆
I got a lot of lemons and some kind of orange from friend. They are so lovely!
This kind of orange is very sour so usually people use it like a lemon.
We love citrus anyway, these I use for cooking, dressing, drink and I make dried flakes from the skins for tea and cooking.
Also oranges have flowery hulls or sometimes look like a cat.
猫の鼻っぽいのもあった。meow ～!
はい、そこで今回は、柑橘酒を作ってみましたよ～～☆
・・・・・といっても、皮と実の部分を分けてからブランデーベースのお酒と
きび砂糖を少々に漬けてみただけですが。（作ったぁ～ﾅﾝﾃｴﾗｿｳﾆｲｳﾅｰ！）
This time, I made citrus liquor !!! It's easy, I just put separated skins, fruit, and a little bit of brown sugar in a bottle of brandy based liquor.
結構皮がカタイ！！ これを１０個ちかく剥いていくのはちょっと手間だぞ・・？
The skins are a bit tough, it could be not easy to fit 10 citrus.
そこで登場したのガ！！！
オレンジ 皮むきツールゥゥ！！！

なにこれ・・・って感じ？ そう、これもアメリカのキッチン用具屋さんで見つけて「そんなの手で剥いてよぉぉぉ、どんだけ道具好きなのぉぉ？！？！」と、苦笑しながらも、ジョークなお土産として買っておき、あげくに誰にもあげる勇気がなく眠っておりました。
そこで、今回初使用！＆初公開！！！
Yes, I got this in the US. Actually I was surprised at that time because I never seen that before.
I bought for a joke souvenir.
使い方は・・・たぶん・・・
I'm not sure how to use....
ピコって出てる部分でまずは皮に切り込みを。
First of all, make a cut in to the skins with the projection part.
Then put the rounded edge of the stick into the skin.
それでもって丸まっている棒の先端をヘタの下に刺してスーっと動かしていくだけ。
Move the stick around and remove the skins.
使い心地？・・・・・・・ アッテモナクテモ・・
How do I like this???? hrmmmmmmm.....
あっ、でも、指先は痛くならないな。 それとナイフと違って鋭利ではないので安全で、中の実に傷をつけたくない時はいいかも。
But, I didn't hurt my fingers. And it is not like a sharp knife, so it's safe, and won't cut the fruit if you don't want.
というわけで・・ 夏が始まる頃には爽やかなお酒が楽しめそうでぇぇぇス。 ﾑﾌﾌ
It seems like I can anticipate refreshing liquor for this summer!!!
