先日の彼のお弁当 
My husband's lunch box last week.

・美味しい豆腐屋さんでがんもを買ってきたので大根と一緒に煮物に。この時期日本は気温と湿度が高くなり、お弁当の傷みが心配なので、煮物やご飯を炊くときに梅干を1,2粒一緒にいれて調理すると、若干もちがよいです。
煮物の味もビミョウにさっぱり感がでて美味しいですよ☆
Steamed ganmo (deep fried soy bean curd) which I got from a tofu specialty shop. I steamed them with Japanese radish.
Especially this season in Japan, there is high humidity and temperature makes food wear out quickly, so I put 1 or 2 of umeboshi (sour pickled plums) when I steam cook or make rice. It makes food last longer.
Tastes good, too.
