先日友人のシノヤンにメールを送っておいた。
１月4日のこのブログで紹介しているライダーです。

”もしも、Yogaを誰かに教える時のために、練習もしておかなきゃだから
今度シノヤン練習台になってね！”

そしたら、こんな返信が・・

”ヨガはまたいつでもで結構です。ヨガ教室立上げ計画があるんですね。
（注：今はそんな大それた予定はアリマセン！）
確かに立上げ前に教育側に立ったリアルな訓練は必要ですね。とりあえず場所は会社の体育館の一角を予約すれば使えるかと思いますよ。

で、ワレワレは人体実験者となる感じに包まれながら運命という川の流れに逆らう事もなく人生の中において偶然出合った人々と運命共同体として人と人、心と身体が互いにハーモニーを奏でながら流れていく。

その川はヨガという岸辺から入ってみてもイイ　ヨガ以外にも沢山の岸辺はあるだろう。

自分の心と身体に健やかに浸透していく岸辺を選べば良いだけである。

そして、
川の流れよりも早く進むわけでなく、流れに逆らうでも無く、
無のままただ流されるでもない　オンリーワンのココロを探す人生という名の旅にようやく旅立てる感覚が芽生えてきた。
答えがわかっている気がする時もあるが、まだわからない。

すんません　　話しの途中ですが、自分の世界に何か脱線してしまいました。話し変わって・・・”　
という内容。

シノヤンらしい。。。　真剣なのか、おどけてるのかわからない、面白い人なんです。
いつもは大人し～い、黙って周囲を観察しているような人なのだけど、ナイーブでいてゆるく、笑える一面を持っている友人を紹介してみました。

でも、ヘルメットをかぶった瞬間、姿勢が（雰囲気が）ピッとなります（笑）

The other day I sent an e-mail to one of my friends.
I posted about his motorcycle race in this blog on Jan. 1st.
I said, 'I want to ask you to be a guinea pig for my yoga teaching practice someday, for the chance if I teach yoga to someone.'
Then he wrote me back....
" Sure! any time is OK. It's true that one needs realistic training to stand on the side from educator before you start to teach.
We would be wrapped with feeling to be a human guinea pig and each soul and body are playing in harmony, people who met by chance share the same destiny as people to people in our life, without moving against the flow of the river of destiny.
The river can be entered from a shore front of Yoga or otherwise one might want another shore front.

There are so many shore fronts other than yoga, too.
Just choose any place as a shore front and you can seep into your own mind and soul healthily.
Then, finally grow the feeling of departure for the journey called 'Life that searches for mind of only one " which is not faster than the river water and not against the flow of the river with being not influenced by nothing.

Sometimes it feels like I have found but still don't know.
Oooops Sorry, I lost the plot! Anyway....."

That's how he is. I still don't know is he kidding or naturally serious.
So he is interesting guy. He is quiet and coolly-detached observing around. Naive and easygoing but has character on the other side who I wanted to introduce.
When he wears a helmet, he changes his posture (atmosphere).
